At ealooe, we genuinely want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason whatsoever you are not entirely satisfied with your bracelet, we offer a comprehensive, highly straightforward return and refund policy to fundamentally ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns To be strictly eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same pristine condition that you initially received it. It must remain entirely unworn, completely unused, with all original tags firmly attached, and safely secured in its original protective packaging. You will also essentially need the receipt, official order confirmation, or verified proof of purchase. Returns are typically accepted within 30 days from the documented date of delivery.
Initiating a Return To properly start a return, you must first directly contact us at service@ealooe.com. Please absolutely do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the address found on the original shipping package without actively contacting our support team first. If your return request is officially accepted, we will promptly provide you with highly detailed instructions on exactly how and where to safely send your package.
Refunds Processing We will formally notify you via email once we have securely received and physically inspected your returned item. We will clearly let you know if the refund was officially approved or strictly denied based on the physical condition of the item. If fully approved, you will be automatically and securely refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can inherently take some time for your specific bank or credit card company to internally process and officially post the refund to your active account statement.
Shipping Costs for Returns Unless the specific item received was fundamentally defective, heavily damaged upon initial arrival, or entirely incorrect due to an error on our part, the customer is fully responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item to our German facility. Original shipping costs paid at the time of checkout are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
